The only way I could play Barre chords would be to have the bones of my arm, wrist, fingers surgically rearranged. Barre chords aren’t just hard, they are , for me, a physical impossibly.

Honestly, I wish I'd have watched this video a couple of weeks ago. I started to look at the CAGED system, I'm a newbie to the electric guitar having always played rhythm acoustic, and it just wasn't sinking in to my little brain. But a couple of days ago I finally had that aha moment and it all came together... Basically I realised what you say in this video. So yeah, I wish I had watched this video a couple of weeks ago...!
